CLUB BISON is a Junior Olympic Volleyball Program located in Buffalo, Minnesota. Our season runs December - March, with two practices/week and local competitions (within approximately 2 hours of Buffalo) on weekends. Club season generally includes teams in grades 5 - 12; with the potential to add a 4th grade team, based on interest. In addition to Club season, we offer camps, clinics, and lessons year-round for all grades and ages.
OUR MISSION is to develop competitive volleyball skills in an inclusive, supportive, and confidence building environment.
WE VALUE equity and inclusion, welcome and honor cis-gender and transgender girls and non-binary players, and respectfully utilize names and pronouns as identified by the individual athlete. We are actively anti-racist and are committed to creating safe and inclusive spaces.
OUR PROGRAM provides both developmental and competitive Club volleyball opportunities. Tryouts and team placements are typically held in October/November and the Club season runs from approximately December through March. The season includes 2 practices/week, weekend play events, and skilled coaching in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our focus is on individual and team growth, developing and advancing competitive volleyball skills, and developing strong character, sportswomanship, and leadership skills both on and off the court. Outside of the Club season, we offer skills clinics, camps, private and small group lessons, and leadership workshops focused on advancing gender equity in sport.
